What customer service do you provide?

From calling us in advance for a to go order from Waller’s, to filling your cooler with ice, turning on your boat’s AC, and helping you load and unload your boat, our goal is to make sure that you have a hassle free boating experience.  No task is too small; we are here for our customers!

Do you have a bar and grille?

Waller’s Bar and Grille is pleased to be opening for its third season in March 2013, and will be operating throughout the boating season!  Owned and operated by long-time Lake resident, Waller Perrow, the bar and grille offers casual lake fare, the best burger on the lake, and an off and on ABC license, Waller’s invites you to come and relax lakeside, or place an order for boat-side pickup.  Please click on the link for hours, menu, and entertainment information.

Do you sell gas, or provide other services?

We are pleased that Smith Mountain Yacht Club continues to operate at Crystal Shores Marina.  SMYC has been an authorized Sea Ray dealer for over 45 years, and can assist you with purchases of new or used boats.  SMYC also operates the largest maintenance facility on the Lake located at our marina, and sells non-ethanol gas at our docks( SMYC)

How far are you from Bridgewater Plaza?

By land–approximately 6 miles

By water–approximately 2 miles

At which buoy marker are you located?

Heading upriver towards Halesford Bridge, our cove is located between markers R-26 and R-28–directly across the main lake from marker R-27.

Do you have restrooms?

We have recently renovated men’s and women’s  restrooms and shower facilities.

What happened to Smith Mountain Yacht Club?

Smith Mountain Yacht Club operates the sales, service, gas, and pump-out services at Crystal Shores Marina.

Do you have transient slips?

We do not have transient slips.
